We had half an hour drive to Guardian Angel nursing home where NC services were held. David Bower preached to the wives from Proverbs 31 and Ephesians 5. It started sprinkling during church, so the planned outdoor picnic changed to the Edwin Markham school cafeteria. A strawhat, watermelon, homemade ice cream carry in meal.
Mom & Dad hopped in with us after the potluck and we headed out toward Montana. Goodbye to our 2nd round in Pasco! After a few hours on the road, Mom & Dad opted to get a motel room instead of arriving late at Uncle Danny's or snoozing in the PPA, so we pulled in and parked at La Quinta in Coeur d'alene. Had a snack supper together, then they took the children inside with them. Shannon, Meg, & I had an easier, quieter, getting ready for bed time!
Tuesday morning back on the road...
